Adam Audette
President
Adam is the brainchild of the Tuned Up idea. Adam, with a background in sales, knows to put the customer first. Learning the trade of rod building has been his main focus these past few years. Adam has developed many of the newest rods. Constantly finding new products, and looking for new ideas are his passions. He knows fishing is not just catching, and understands that performance rods are perfect for any situation. He is always will to share tips and tricks with guides or pros looking for a better rod for the conditions. He is also a total outdoorsman and enjoys anytime on the water or in the field.
John Burback
CEO
John is a master at building and creating rods, with over 12 years in rod building experience. He has been fishing up in the Brainerd area since the time he could crawl. He learned first how to develop rods for fishing on heavily pressured, smaller lakes. The knowledge that he gained from fishing in some unfavorable conditions has brought new ideas. John fished professionally for a few years, learning many tips and tricks from a variety of pros. Tuning rods and always looking for a better rod has been his passion. He was never satisfied with what you could get from standard rod. We are now designing new rods to fit the gaps and voids in the market.
Reid Teigland

Being born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, my fondest memory is going fishing with my family. From going to docks with my dad, or fishing with uncles and cousins on the lakes of Alexandria, I could never get enough. If I ever need to be found, I am on the water - from catching catfish in the warm waters of Kentucky, all the way to Lake Trout through the ice in Canada. One of my favorite parts about the outdoors is first introducing people to the sport; there is nothing better than watching a person reel in their first fish through the ice. I love sharing and talking about fishing experiences, which is my favorite part about being a part of Tuned Up Custom Rods. It is my passion to make sure customers get what they want, and I enjoy hearing about their success afterwards.
Ryan Gubrud

Ryan is a diehard fisherman. Not the normal diehard; this guys has lake water instead of blood. He knows rods, and why a Tuned Up Custom Rod is better than your average rod. He has been with Tuned Up since inception, and knows the lineup very well. He is an avid bass fisherman and diehard walleye guy. He has grown his sea legs on Vermillion to White Bear Lake. He is an up-standing, ethical man, with deep roots as an Eagle Scout.
