Power Precision Rods

Precision Power Rods are perfect for jigging heavy spoons, large Nils, Rapalas, and Chubby Darters; they have a lot of power. These are recommended for the Lake of the Woods walleye trips and light lake trout. Our favorite way to utilize this rod is to jig a 1/8 oz Kastmaster jigging spoon. Just because there is a lot of power in the rod does not mean it is not sensitive; you can feel the slightest bite. We have caught 3” walleyes on the ice rods by just feeling the strike.

Precision Ice Rods

Precision Ice Rods have been a personal favorite of ours since the beginning. These rods excel at being able to feel light perch bites. They have an extremely sensitive tip and make a great finesse walleye rod. In tough fishing situations, we use these rods with light lines and small jigs. They do not lack the backbone to fight a 40” northern.

Precision QuickTip Ice Rod  ( STAY TUNED )

Precision QuickTip Ice rod is a faster ice rod than the Precision ice rod. It is also a little lighter. This is an awesome rod for hole hopping for perch, and for finnicky big gills in deep water. The quicker tip works well on windy days. These still have the backbone of the Precision Ice rod.

Precision Noodle

Precision Noodle is an ultimate light bite panfish rod. The tip is amazing; it detects the smallest bites and lift bites. This is for fishing light baits like small tear drops and soft plastics. The rod loads on the smallest weights and any fish can be visibly detected by the tip of the rod’s movement.  High-viz green tips are used for ultimate visibility.

Precision Deadstick

Precision Deadstick is a rod very similar to a Precision Noodle, yet still has a soft glass tip. This works great for deadsticking for walleyes. This also has all the power to set the hook into a big walleye and the lifting power Tuned Up Custom rods is known for.
